I’m Danielle Kavanagh-James, a business consultant and adviser dedicated to helping women build, grow, and scale their businesses with confidence and clarity.

I have over 15 years of experience in retail, luxury, e-commerce, digital strategy and global market expansion. I’ve led high-impact growth initiatives, new-market entry, digital transformation and customer development programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, driving multi-million-dollar revenue increases for major brands.

Throughout my career, I have taken businesses through critical scaling phases, aligning commercial strategy with data-driven decision-making to maximise performance. I understand that business success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about having the confidence, clarity, and tools to turn insights into action.
